We collect only what's needed to provide our Services: your name, email address, billing information (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number), and service configuration details (mailbox addresses, phone numbers).

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used exclusively to provision and maintain your Services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Services (e.g., domain registration, payment processing).

3. Data Storage

All data is stored on Canadian servers. Email content, call records, and automation data remain on infrastructure you control through your subscription. We do not access your communications without your permission.

4. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@packetden.ca. Account deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.
