Terms of Service — Packet Den

1. Services

Packet Den, operated by Dexterity Systems, provides managed infrastructure services including email hosting, VoIP phone systems, workflow automation, password management, and backup services ("Services"). All Services are hosted on Canadian servers.

2. Subscription & Billing

Services are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription begins when payment is processed. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

3. Service Provisioning

Services are provisioned within 24 hours of subscription activation. You will receive login credentials and documentation by email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal activity, spam, or content that violates Canadian law. Packet Den reserves the right to suspend Services for violations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Packet Den provides Services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month the claim arose.
